OTA-APEX.OWS.30034 has banned 'DertyMike.mdl' permanently (Minge | FailRP | Appeal on Forums |). I was with my friend, walking around when suddenly this popped up. I am unsure as to why I was banned. I was with my friend, "Man" walking around the industrial sector when I was just banned for no reason. Though I may act silly at times, I would like to point out I do have an MPF whitelist (JUDGE-i4.)  

Regarding you "acting silly at times," you have on numerous occasions FailRP'd. For example, being tied up and in the presence of an execution and somehow blocking a knife with a Nokia cell phone. Then, proceed to leave the server in said RP. That was just one example. FailRP shouldn't be tolerated on such a magnitude. You have repeatedly disobeyed warning and broken RP. That's all I have to say. For future record, I was the staff member that put the ban into place after hearing other opinions regarding such action. Those opinions being from other staff.

Those opinions being from other staff.  [/quote] I am not denying the "nokia phone" incident, but it only happened because the situation was not calling for me to be killed at all and I was randomly attacked. I only did that simply because it was really stupid and I had no reason to be killed (Though IC is IC I suppose.) Also, I didn't leave during that RP, I got kicked. I know better than that. (Plus I know you hate me Kibbles ;) )
