(Scenario of your choice.): **A report goes in to local civil protection teams about a distribution of guns and drugs, a DvL sends out two units to go check out the case. **C17:CCA-UNION.i4.28190 and C17:CCA-HELIX.i5.81953 is sent out on the case, heading towards the Terminal Hotels to sweep the area. **The door of the Terminal Hotel opens up showing the two units, two citizens are in the room to the right talking to eachother, and one in the laundry room. C17:CCA-UNION.i4.28190 says "<:: The report said the contraband was in room D-1, lets check there and if it isn't there we lock down the building and get a few more units in here to check everybody. ::>" C17:CCA-HELIX.i5.81953 says "<:: Copy, I'm right behind you. ::>" **The two units start walking up the stairs, to D-1, and start to get attention from the citizens, but nothing else happens for a little bit. **They arrive to the door of D-1, and they start to knock on it. "<:: Civil Protection, open up! ::>" yells C17:CCA-UNION.i4.28190 **No answer comes from whoever is inside of the room. "<:: 3, 2, 1, Inject! ::>" **The gun goes off, allowing the door to fling open, the HELIX unit goes in first, but stops. A man on a sofa seems to be drugged out of his mind, as he hazardously points the gun to the CP. C17:CCA-HELIX.i5.81953 says "<:: Shit! He's got a gun! ::>" Before he could get out of the way the man shoots towards the Helix, however with him being so drugged, misses the shot and shoots into the wall beside him. **Helix flinches from the shot that nearly hit him and falls down straight onto his rear, making Union have to peek out and take a quick shot, hopefully taking advantage of the intoxicated man. **He takes a quick peek and observes the situation, the mans gun is still pointed as Helix, the drugged man takes another shot at the Helix and hits his arm, sending him back into the ground with a scream of pain. C17:CCA-UNION.i4.28190 says "<:: Shit, Helix are you alright? ::>" He tries to move him out of the way of the door. C17:CCA-HELIX.i5.81953 says "<:: I can't feel my arm! He got it in my damn shoulder! ::>" **Union looks back over to the doorway, trying to remember the scene, taking his pistol at the ready, he gets back up and quickly jumps out infront of the door, aiming his gun where he would think the man would be. **The mans eye would widen as he would take another shot, but misses the union entirely. as union takes this chance, he fires into the man, hitting his leg, the man dropping his pistol due to shock. **Union takes this chance and runs over and takes the gun, talking into his radio. "<:: The scene is taken care of, Helix was shot in the arm, suspect is being detained for a Number 91 and Number 149, we are going to need more people to check the civies to see if they got anything from this guy. ::>" **Moments would pass as the drugged dealer is now locked up for questioning, and the Terminal Hotels is locked down for inspection. END SCENE -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [IC Section] Character Name: Joseph Karn Character Age: 34 Character Gender: Male Character CID: #60091 Write at least two paragraphs explaining the backstory of your character that wishes to join the CCA.:    Joseph Karn was born in Memphis, Tennessee, with a father who worked in a military fort for Communication Relays and Satellites, but however was not military personnel himself, only a teacher. His mother was a secretary for an attorney, that specialized in Domestic cases. Joseph, being a man himself, went to his father as a role model for how he should grow up to be, and with that went to take courses in the future like cybersecurity and engineering and technology while in highschool. He was charasmatic in his youth, but as he grew with age, he became more quiet than usual, and nobody knew exactly why, but soon he broke out of his shell, stepping away from all the technology for a while. He grew up with the wish of joining the military to work on the communication relays, hoping to make his father proud, and would strive to get himself physically fit for the road ahead that the military would bring to him. When he turned 18, he was ready to join the military and get ready for basic, but all those dreams stopped, when the dreaded Black Mesa Incident happened, and the Combine took interest in Earth and decided to strike, delivering the world into chaos and making the world surrender in under seven hours. He was at home with his mom and dad, and they took shelter in the garage, hoping they would survive this catastrophe, luckily they did, but not how they would of liked it, now enslaved by the Combine, they were split apart, and as the UU got the Urban Centers ready for their new slaves to live in, Joseph was sent to City 8 first.   He lived there for what seemed to be an eternity, but was only a good two years, learning how this new world will be like, he didn't even know how to be an adult before the Seven Hour War as he just turned 18 three months before. When his first relocation happened, he was moved to City 18, a dark and moody place, there he learned the true tyranny that the Combine puts down on mankind, as he saw people getting beaten left and right by CCA units. He didn't know what to take of this new life style, even after 2 years of living in it, he was hoping that he would be able to go scot free and not get into any trouble with the CCA and just 'exist' in the world. He lived in City 18 the most, around six years in the shithole, and got along really well the CP that were stationed there, but wasn't noticed as any loyalist. He went to city to city until finally reaching to City 45 in 2016, now a grown man, the first person he met in City 45 was a slavic man named Freed Nivoure, who seem to became his friend in City 45, even becoming roommates in the CCH, sadly even this was short lived as the recent antlion attack on City 45 had droven them off into a different city, this time the industrial sector of City 17, his life in i17 has been quiet, with his friendship to Freed being cut off, he seems he has no real purpose anymore so he decided to sign up for CCA, hoping that he will become useful again, even if it is for the evil cause. Joseph now awaits for the word to step up to the call of the CCA.

A nice and lengthy backstory with some solid details Good P2L Scenario, shows a more realistic example of a P2L situation instead of the typical application content where people tend to do 4 lines per /me, which differs from their actual in-game performance.
