The PAC is a very usefull Addon for HL2RP , as it allows you to customize your Character by allowing you to place objects on your Playermodel.  ( Citizens could place glasses, bags , request devices and such on themselves, while CP's could have zipties, radios , weapon holsters, stun sticks, ammo and more on themselves.) I haven't tried it on Vortigaunts yet , but there shouldn't be a proplem with that. (For example, placing a bag on your Vortigaunt for extra Food storage) PAC also allows you to make custom Animations. These could be as simple as holding a coffee mug, or even making your Character disabled, needing a homemade stick to walk. It really adds to RP and is almost an essential Addon. I agree entirely with this, PAC is a huge plus to any server I believe, it allows even deeper customization and can add to immersion greatly as well as just look good if someone knows what they're doing. [color=#2ecc71][size=200]+Support [/size][/color]

The soul purpose is putting models on a player model and that is about the easiest thing to do.
