He was adopted when before he could remember, and lived with his adopted father. He, like many children at the time, was hidden away until he was old enough to be accepted by the union without being killed. The officer in the city that did find out he had been stowed away did not care too much, and found that he was a productive citizen anyway. It was never reported. His adopted father was a very good businessman and ran a successful shop under the watchful eye of the union, soon becoming part of the CWU. When Stiel was of age, so did he. He was relocated, away from his father, to City 17 in 2011. He lived in the more imperial sector of C17 and worked hard as a shopowner, selling UU-Branded food items for those hankering for something to wet their whistle or satisfy their hunger outside of rations. He lived life calmly and contently, having many CP companions who would frequent his shop for cigarettes or snacking food. One night, though, when he was cleaning up his store, he caught sight of a man in a beanie and what seemed to be rebel attire carrying a gun and dashing by outside the window. He could see, in the distance, metrocops chasing after him, but far behind. Stiel thought quickly and ran out of his store, jumping on the man and wrestling him to the ground. The pistol had skidded out of reach. He held the rebel's gloves hands behind his back and kept him there until the CPs arrived. The rebel was identified and immediately detained. Fearing he might be a target, some of the higher-ups decided to relocate him to the industrial sector where he resides now, strongly considering joining the Combine forces, now that he doesn't have his shop anymore.

Only thing I could say about the app is that it isn't a [/color][color=#e67e22]Roll[/color][color=#27ae60] server but rather P2L, It's normal, it's always confusing when you come into a server and that players use /roll as a meme. :) +Support on that one, Really. RP lines should show a level of detail and well-planned RP but I'll tell you that they definitely read like they're from a log. Backstory and the rest is fine. Server activity is fine. Good RPer on the server too. You get my +[color=#00ff00][b]green[/b][/color].

I fully support this app, they're a good RPer and I can definitely see them not being a "bind [key] to /y MOVE ALONG!" CP.
